DO I NEED A MAKEBEAUTY.COM ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No. You do not need to open an account to place an order on Makebeauty.com. When you are ready to place your order, simply opt to check out as a guest. All customers enjoy Free Standard Shipping on purchases that are $25 or more on any order shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE?

Enter the promotion code in the cart when you check out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Please contact us with any questions regarding products that are currently out of stock. We will do our best to make our products available.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email from Makebeauty.com at the time their order ships. This email will contain order details and a tracking number.

WILL SALES TAX BE ADDED TO MY ORDER?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York State addresses.

Shipping Options and Costs

Makebeauty.com offers a number of shipping options to the United States, including PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times indicated are for time in transit once an order has left the We See Beauty distribution center.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm EST, excluding US federal holidays. Most orders using Express or Overnight service will be shipped the same business day if received by 2 pm EST.
At this time, we cannot ship to US Territories, Military APO/FPO/DPO or international addresses. If you are living outside of the US and interested in purchasing, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept all merchandise purchased on Makebeauty.com within 60 days for a refund or exchange. We will refund or credit the cost of the merchandise returned plus taxes.
For cosmetic products specifically, if a product does not meet your expectations or does not suit your expected shade, you may return the cosmetic products for a refund or exchange.
For all other merchandise, including MAKE cosmetics tools, all items must be returned unused, unaltered and in original condition for refund or exchange.
Please note, for all returns and exchanges, original shipping fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

If you forget your password, go to Join Us, click on then click on Sign In and then click on "forgot password?" to enter your email address. You will then receive an email from Makebeauty.com with a link to reset your password. When you click on the link to enter the site, you can set your new password. Once you have reset your password, you will be automatically signed in.
We suggest that you log out and try signing in again with your new password to ensure the new password is working properly. If you experience any further problems with your password, please contact customer service at 1-855-220-8586 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm EST.

CAN I ADD/UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS LIST?

CAN I STORE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR FUTURE PURCHASES?

Yes. Upon registration with Makebeauty.com, you can opt to store a credit card number for future purchases so you don't have to reenter your information each time you place an order.
